We're seeking a UX/UI Designer to lead the design and optimization of the digital customer journey for a fast-growing, mission-driven brand in the nutrition and wellness space.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in DTC, e-commerce, or lifestyle brands
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects with performance outcomes
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar tools
• Solid understanding of user-centered design, conversion optimization, and responsive design
• Experience collaborating with developers and working on platforms like Shopify
• Analytical mindset with comfort using data to guide design decisions
• Strong communication skills to present design rationale to creative and business stakeholders
