The Director of Amazon will be the driving force behind revenue growth and operational excellence across our entire Amazon business, developing and executing the overarching Amazon channel strategy to achieve aggressive revenue and profit targets.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management, with at least 4 years in a leadership role focused exclusively on Amazon.
- Proven track record of scaling an Amazon business and hitting significant revenue targets.
- Deep, functional knowledge of Amazon Vendor and/or Seller Central, including listing optimization, advertising, promotional tools, and inventory management.
- Strong experience with Amazon-specific challenges, including hazmat compliance, listing rejections, and inventory forecasting.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to leverage data from dashboards, analytics tools, and Amazon insights to guide strategy.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with a proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
