We're looking for a Technical Project Manager to own the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects within GoHighLevel and its surrounding ecosystem. The role requires deep technical understanding, strong systems thinking, and the ability to translate business goals into functional, scalable technical solutions.

Requirements

• Deep hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (CRM setup, pipelines, workflows, automations, forms, funnels)
• Strong background in automation planning and logic (including edge cases and scaling)
• Ability to conceptualize and architect pipelines based on real-world client flows
• Experience working with Zapier, especially connecting Zapier → GoHighLevel
• Solid understanding of domain setup & DNS management
• Comfortable managing technical projects independently with minimal oversight
• Strong problem-solving skills and systems-level thinking
