Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or sourcing roles
- Proven success in heavy outbound sourcing and pipeline development
- Experience recruiting for niche or specialized roles within high-growth consumer brands
- Comfortable operating in a scrappy, high-urgency, fast-moving environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roles and shifting priorities simultaneously
- Bias toward action β you move with speed, urgency, and ownership
