We are seeking a data-driven Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist with strong experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) — particularly food & beverage — to optimize customer journeys and drive measurable revenue growth across our digital commerce ecosystem.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of dedicated CRO experience
- Strong background in CPG (preferably food & beverage brands or agencies serving CPG clients)
- Expertise in: GA4, Heatmapping tools (Hotjar, Clarity, Lucky Orange), A/B testing platforms (VWO, Optimizely, Convert, Intelligems)
- Proven track record of measurable improvements in: Conversion rate, Revenue per visitor, Engagement metrics
- Strong understanding of CPG buyer behavior and merchandising psychology
- Ability to translate data into UX/UI improvements and structured hypotheses
