We’re hiring a hands-on Growth Lead to own paid acquisition across Meta and Google while driving performance creative strategy. You will build and optimize campaigns yourself, develop testing roadmaps, brief and shape high-converting creative, analyze performance deeply and make decisive calls. You are responsible for profitable customer acquisition and scalable growth.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years in DTC media buying
• Deep hands-on experience buying media on Meta and Google
• Strong creative intuition + analytical rigor
• Obsessed with testing and iteration
• Can operate independently without a heavy structure
• Understands premium brand positioning (not just discount-driven growth)
