We are looking for an experienced Accountant / Controller with a strong background in real estate finance and property accounting to oversee and manage our financial operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA preferred but not required
• 5+ years of accounting experience, with 2+ years in a Controller or senior accounting role
• Direct experience in real estate, property management, development, or real estate investment firms
• Strong understanding of lease accounting, multi-entity structures, and real estate financial reporting
• Proficiency in real estate accounting software (Yardi, AppFolio, MRI, Buildium, etc.)
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
