The Freelance Designer will develop content that connects and energizes the R+F Consultant Community across all channels, focusing on community building, strengthening relationships, and driving business impact.

Requirements

• Concept, design, and execute creative assets across a wide range of projects
• Design and edit video assets to support campaigns and community communications
• Partner with the Associate Creative Director to ideate and design from creative briefs
• Independently manage workload, timelines, and quality of deliverables
• Think holistically across platforms and channels, designing modular, scalable systems
• Collaborate with members of the creative team to ensure consistency in brand visuals
• Apply knowledge of current and emerging design and video trends, tools, and techniques
• Execute high-level design and video work aligned to agreed-upon creative direction
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into thoughtful, effective visual and video solutions
