We’re looking for a sharp, client-facing Account Manager who thrives in fast-paced agency environments, owns client outcomes end-to-end, and operates effectively under ambiguity. This is a high-impact role focused on client retention, strategic execution, and delivering measurable performance across paid social campaigns.
Requirements
- 3–4+ years of experience in paid social advertising, with deep expertise in Meta Ads
- Strong client-facing experience in a marketing agency environment
- Proven experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously (high-volume portfolio preferred)
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (design, media buying, analytics)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically under pressure
