Accountant Bookkeeper

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant / Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial operations and ensure accurate, timely reporting across the business.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, ideally within eCommerce, DTC, or small business environments.
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online, Excel/Google Sheets, and general accounting principles.
• Experience reconciling transaction data from platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, or TikTok Shop.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear communicator who can present financial information simply and accurately.
• Self-starter comfortable managing recurring deliverables and deadlines independently.
