Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist

The Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for owning day-to-day transactional finance operations, ensuring accurate vendor payments, timely customer collections, and clean financial records.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or a combined AP/AR role
• Experience in consumer goods, e-commerce, retail, or wholesale environments preferred
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
• Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar systems
