We’re working with a fast-growing, digitally native lifestyle brand that has built a passionate global community around comfort, confidence, and real-world performance. Looking for a Creator + UGC Performance Manager to own creator sourcing, outreach, brief development, and content planning with a performance mindset.
Requirements
- Proven experience sourcing, managing, and executing creator-driven content (UGC)
- Strong creative instincts — you get what works on TikTok, Meta, and emerging platforms
- History of working with creators in a performance-focused context
- Comfortable writing clear content briefs and performance expectations
- Experience negotiating deliverables and usage rights
- Knowledge of performance metrics and how they influence creative decisions
