AI Automation Specialist/Engineer

We're looking for a highly skilled AI Automation Specialist / Engineer to design, build, and optimize intelligent workflows that improve operational efficiency across the business. This role involves cross-functional work with operations, marketing, and leadership teams to identify automation opportunities and implement scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Design and implement end-to-end automation workflows using AI tools and platforms
• Identify repetitive tasks and inefficiencies, then develop solutions to optimize them
• Build and maintain integrations across tools (CRM, marketing platforms, databases, etc.)
• Develop AI-powered systems (chatbots, data pipelines, internal tools, etc.)
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve existing automations for performance and reliability
• Document processes, workflows, and system architecture
• Stay up to date with emerging AI tools, trends, and best practices
