Amazon Brand Manager

Amazon Brand Manager role leading growth, positioning, and brand performance on Amazon, with responsibilities including team leadership, brand strategy, marketing & advertising, content & creative optimization, customer experience & brand reputation, and performance tracking & reporting.

Requirements

• 4+ years managing Amazon FBA brand growth, ideally in beauty, wellness, or consumer goods.
• Proven expertise in brand strategy, advertising (sponsored ads/DSP), promotions, and content optimization.
• Experience managing and mentoring virtual teams.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Amazon tools (DataDive, Helium 10, Brand Analytics, Scale Insights, etc.).
• Ability to translate data into actionable strategies that grow sales and brand equity.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with influencer/affiliate partnerships on Amazon is a plus.
