The Business Intelligence Analyst will play an essential role in shaping how the company leverages data to guide strategic and operational decisions across marketing, product, e-commerce, customer experience, finance, and merchandising.
Requirements
- Query, clean, and manipulate large datasets using SQL, Python, or related tools to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using BI platforms such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Consolidate and unify data from multiple sources including e-commerce platforms, paid media, analytics tools, and customer behavior systems.
- Improve reporting efficiency, data refresh speeds, and automation workflows.
- Partner with engineering to validate pipelines, maintain data quality across ETL processes, and ensure reliable performance (BigQuery, Stitch, etc.).
- Document data flows and support the evolution of the company’s analytics architecture.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Ecommerce, Finance, CX, and Operations to understand their data needs and business goals.
- Translate complex data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations for process improvements, product decisions, and strategic initiatives.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and profitability.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities through ongoing performance analysis.
- Provide recurring insights to support growth, retention, and long-term lifetime value (LTV) strategies.
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives by delivering data-driven perspectives and decision frameworks.
