Business Systems Administrator (NetSuite)

The Business Systems Administrator will manage and optimize the company’s NetSuite ERP system and its integrations, ensuring system performance, data integrity, and seamless integration between various platforms. This role is responsible for administering and maintaining the NetSuite ERP system, managing integrations, monitoring system health, and extracting and analyzing system data to generate regular reports.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience
• Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator or ERP Systems Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite ERP configuration and administration.
• Experience managing system integrations between NetSuite and e-commerce platforms.
• Hands-on experience with the Celigo integration platform.
• Familiarity with Shopify ecosystem integrations.
• Strong understanding of ERP ecosystem architecture and integration management.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in extracting and reporting system data.
• Ability to translate business processes into scalable system workflows.
• Experience collaborating with finance and operations teams.
