Chief of Staff

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Chief of Staff to partner directly with company leadership and drive execution across a fast-moving eCommerce business.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or Chief of Staff-type roles (ideally within startups, eCommerce, or consumer brands)
• Strong understanding of business operations and P&L / financial performance tracking
• Familiarity with marketing and growth performance metrics
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear actions
• High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive information
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with shifting priorities
