Creator Growth Associate

We are looking for a Creator Growth Associate to fuel the top of our TikTok creator funnel, recruit, activate, and scale high-performing creators, and contribute directly to revenue growth and creator-led GMV.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or social commerce
• Strong outbound communication and negotiation skills across email, Discord, and social DMs
• Proven ability to manage multiple creator pipelines simultaneously
