Creator Growth Associate

Creator Growth Associate to fuel the top of a TikTok creator funnel, recruiting, activating, and scaling high-performing creators to drive revenue growth and creator-led GMV.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or social commerce
• Strong outbound communication and negotiation skills across email, Discord, and social DMs
• Proven ability to manage multiple creator pipelines simultaneously
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable performance and revenue growth
• Ability to work independently with full ownership of assigned responsibilities
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-style work environment
