Customer Support & Outbound Sales Specialist

We're seeking a proactive and people-oriented Customer Support & Outbound Sales Specialist to join our remote team, combining customer support with outbound sales prospecting to support our growing brand in the food & beverage space.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, with both inbound and outbound communication
• Experience in a Business Development, Sales Support, or Lead Generation role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and phone systems (e.g., Dialpad, Aircall)
