Data Analyst

As a Forward Deployed Analyst, you'll play a key role in making sure implementations are successful. You'll onboard new customers, build out their data models and dashboards, and make sure they're getting value from the platform.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in analytics, BI, data, or a technical customer-facing role
• solid in SQL – you can write and debug queries without hand-holding
• excited about AI and want to work on a product that's building AI into the core of how people interact with their data
• excited about early-stage products – you'd rather figure things out and find creative workarounds than wait for a perfect solution
• organized and persistent – the "herding cats" part of this job (collecting info from customers, pinning down definitions) requires follow-through
