Job Description
Demand Planner responsible for building accurate and timely demand forecasts across all sales channels and product lines. This role requires 4-8+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, S&OP, or related Supply Chain roles.
Requirements
- 4-8+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, S&OP, or related Supply Chain roles
- Background in CPG, beauty, retail, or high-SKU-velocity consumer environments
- Strong understanding of statistical forecasting, regression analysis, and SKU lifecycle modeling
- Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, and Product teams
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience with demand planning or forecasting tools such as NetSuite, Anaplan, SAP IBP, Logility, DEAR, or similar
- Experience working with POS data, sales reporting tools, and dashboarding platforms
