As Director of Growth Marketing, EMEA, you’ll set the growth vision for the region and lead the full-funnel digital strategy across paid, organic, earned, and owned channels. You’ll drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value - blending global frameworks with regional nuance to deliver measurable, sustainable growth.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in growth or performance marketing roles within DTC, consumer goods, or eCommerce or Agency.
- An executioner as well as a leader.
- Proven success scaling brands across multiple EMEA markets.
- Expertise across all digital levers - paid media, CRM, organic and earned social, affiliates, and retention.
- Strong analytical capabilities with deep understanding of attribution, cohort analysis, and LTV modeling.
- Experience managing seven-figure budgets with measurable impact on revenue and profitability.
- Skilled in creative testing, funnel optimization, and cross-functional leadership.
- Strong communication and storytelling abilities - able to bridge data, creativity, and strategy.
- Fluent in English and German; additional European languages are a plus.
- A genuine love for food, cooking, and the culture that surrounds it.
