A leading brand in the health and wellness space is seeking an experienced Director of Web & E-commerce to drive digital growth and optimize the online customer journey.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a senior web or e-commerce leadership role, preferably in the health, wellness, or consumer goods space.
• Expertise in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and digital tools such as Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and heatmapping software.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior in the wellness space, including lifecycle marketing, SEO, and CRO.
• Proven success in driving revenue growth and enhancing customer engagement through digital channels.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
