We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Calendar, Gmail, Docs, Sheets).
• Ability to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
• Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple priorities.
