Finance Analyst

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Finance & Operations Manager to take ownership of accounting, financial planning, inventory forecasting, and production scheduling.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (required)
• Experience in FP&A, operations finance, or supply chain finance strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of inventory accounting and manufacturing cost structures
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• High attention to detail with strong analytical skills
• Proven ability to build and implement processes from scratch
• Experience in CPG, manufacturing, or inventory-heavy environments preferred
