Requirements
- 8–12+ years in marketing leadership
- Proven success scaling a lifestyle or technical apparel brand
- Expertise in both performance marketing and brand marketing
- Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing and CRM tools
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics, ROI modeling, and A/B testing
- Skilled team builder and communicator able to operate strategically and tactically
