Head of Operations

We're looking for a Head of Operations to build and own the operating system of a fast-growing DTC brand, responsible for turning strategy into execution at scale. This role owns the machine that makes teams perform better, focusing on operating system and execution, cross-functional operations, supply chain and vendor management, finance operations, people and process, and systems and infrastructure.

Requirements

• 3–7+ years in operations within a DTC / eCommerce brand
• Experience scaling a business from ~$10M to $30M+ (or similar stage)
• Strong exposure to supply chain, fulfillment, and vendor management
• Experience owning internal operations, not just projects
• High proficiency with tools like Notion, Slack, and operational dashboards
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) in daily workflows
