Influencer & Affiliate Coordinator

We are a fast-growing, science-backed beauty brand seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Influencer & Affiliate Coordinator to execute our Influencer, User-Generated Content (UGC), and Affiliate programs.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate programs, UGC, or social media marketing (beauty industry preferred)
• Comfortable working with affiliate platforms, spreadsheets, and performance data
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven with strong follow-through
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with professionalism and empathy
• Familiarity with CRM systems, affiliate platforms, and creator management tools
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong working relationships
