Lifecycle Marketing Manager

We are a mentorship marketplace connecting consumer brand founders with top operators, founders, and executives in DTC and retail. We're looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the full customer lifecycle, drive improvements in activation rate, retention, and LTV, and grow revenue.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years in growth, lifecycle, or retention marketing at a startup or marketplace
• Hands-on builder — you execute, not delegate
• Technically competent with analytics tools and dashboarding
• Experience in e-commerce, education/info products, or community-driven businesses is a plus
