We're looking for a resourceful and detail-oriented Lifecycle Marketer to join our fast-paced e-commerce team. In this hands-on role, you’ll own our email and SMS marketing via Klaviyo and manage Shopify operations across three distinct storefronts (DTC, wholesale, and affiliate).
Requirements
- Own and optimize campaigns, automations, flows, and transactional messages
- Segment customer journeys (new, VIP, at-risk, repeat, etc.)
- Launch A/B tests to continuously improve performance
- Collaborate with creative teams on templates and messaging
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA)
- Manage 3 Shopify storefronts (DTC, B2B, affiliate/team)
- Oversee product uploads, collections, tags, and content updates
- Partner with design/ops teams to deliver a consistent customer experience
- Execute promotional campaigns and seasonal merchandising updates
- Map and optimize the full lifecycle from acquisition to retention
- Support the creation of loyalty and/or referral programs
- Identify key moments for messaging across channels
- Align with design, operations, and CX teams for product drops and tentpole campaigns
- Drive campaign timelines across email, SMS, and Shopify
- Identify process improvement opportunities in lifecycle and e-commerce ops
