We’re looking for a Manager of Analytics to lead advanced analytics initiatives across Retail, Brand, Innovation, and Affiliate channels, and own end-to-end analytical workstreams to drive commercial decision-making.
Requirements
- 7+ years in analytics, data science, or marketing analytics
- Experience in consumer, retail, DTC, or omnichannel environments preferred
- Advanced degree (Master’s/PhD) is a plus
- Expert SQL (large-scale data environments)
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP/BigQuery preferred)
- Strong machine learning and statistical modeling experience
- Strong foundation in hypothesis testing, experimental design, and statistical inference
- Dashboarding experience (Power BI preferred)
- Strong understanding of financial concepts (CAC, margins, etc.)
- Ability to translate data into business insights
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable presenting to leadership
