We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to take full ownership of email and SMS marketing strategy, execution, and performance, while confidently planning and managing the broader marketing calendar.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing
- Proven ownership of email and SMS marketing programs
- Experience building and managing marketing calendars and campaigns
- Strong copywriting skills with a focus on conversion-driven messaging
- Solid understanding of segmentation, customer journeys, and lifecycle marketing
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Hands-on experience with email/SMS marketing platforms and automation tools
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and performance analytics
- Basic design skills or ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams
- Experience in e-commerce, DTC, or high-growth environments
- Knowledge of customer retention strategies and lifecycle marketing frameworks
- Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams
