Requirements

• 3+ years in wholesale operations, customer success, logistics, or a similar role
• Experience in fast-paced startups or retail is preferred
• Strong problem-solving and change implementation abilities
• Exceptional organization and efficiency
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in execution
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong follow-up and accountability
• Ability to pick up new skills quickly across multiple functional areas
