Operations Manager (Amazon)

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Operations Manager to lead our Amazon USA private label business. This role blends strategic leadership with direct, day-to-day operational execution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on operations, supply chain, or logistics experience within an Amazon environment.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon FBA, 3PL operations, international shipping (China → USA), customs, and freight forwarding.
• Proven track record in demand forecasting, seasonal planning, and inventory management.
• Experience managing Amazon account health, including policy violations and IP/compliance issues.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills; fluent in English.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel.
