We're looking for a Paid Social Ad Designer to create high-impact, conversion-driven ad campaigns and original designs that resonate with the audience. The role involves conceptualizing, designing, and producing performance-driven creative for paid digital campaigns, as well as adapting and extending paid creative into broader digital executions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of design experience with a portfolio that includes paid social/digital creative
- Ability to photograph and shoot video, and strong retouching and video capabilities
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and digital design systems and production workflows
- Strong command of typography, layout, composition, and detail
- Familiarity with performance marketing goals and interest in designing work that evolves through iteration and results
- Ability to take creative direction and apply feedback quickly and thoughtfully
