We’re helping our client find a Paid Social Ad Designer to bring fresh, thoughtful design to digital creative across paid and owned channels. In this role, you will help concept and produce high-impact, conversion-driven ad campaigns, creating original designs that resonate with the audience and support key business goals while collaborating with marketing partners to extend creative across a broader set of digital touchpoints and ensure a cohesive brand experience.
Requirements
- Conceptualize, design, and produce performance-driven creative for paid digital campaigns
- Capture, retouch and edit photography and video content for paid channels
- Adapt and extend paid creative into broader digital executions
- Brief creators to produce on-brand, performance-driven assets
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
- Present design concepts and work-in-progress
- Learn from and iterate based on performance insights
- Apply and uphold brand guidelines
- Manage multiple projects
- Organize and maintain digital files
