Paid Social Media Buyer

We’re looking for a Paid Social Media Buyer to drive performance marketing across paid social platforms and contribute to a fast-growing beauty brand’s mission of delivering effective, results-driven, and sustainable beauty products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of performance marketing experience
• Proven success scaling Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest advertising
• Experience running incrementality testing and interpreting lift/holdout results
• Strong understanding of landing page testing strategies and conversion rate optimization
• Proficiency with analytics and attribution platforms (Northbeam, GA4)
