Requirements

• Proven experience developing performance creatives for Meta
• Strong understanding of consumer psychology and direct response marketing
• Ability to write high-converting hooks and scripts
• Experience with awareness stages, persona development, and structured creative testing
• Strong independent thinking and idea generation
• Ability to operate quickly in a performance-driven environment
