Requirements
- 3–5+ years of dedicated video editing experience in DTC, UGC, or performance creatives
- Deep understanding of marketing psychology, attention mechanics, and narrative tension
- Extremely strong English comprehension, able to interpret scripts, research, and briefs
- Advanced skill with editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci, After Effects etc.)
- Highly organised, systematic, and able to manage high-volume creative workflows
- Performance-minded with a strong desire to innovate and improve every single week
- Comfortable working directly in a high-speed, high-accountability team
