Requirements
- 3–5+ years of professional photo retouching experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing fashion, product, or lifestyle retouching
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
- Experience working with Capture One or Lightroom workflows
- Exceptional eye for color, lighting, and natural skin retouching
- Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality
- Experience handling high-volume e-commerce production
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
