Requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for asset approvals, managing the flow of creative files, copy, and feedback across Slack, email, and other platforms.
- Track and enforce brand-specific processes and workflows for each account.
- Monitor timelines, deliverables, and campaign milestones to keep projects on schedule.
- Support Account Managers and Creative Strategists by removing blockers and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
- Proactively address delays by communicating with internal teams and identifying solutions.
- Maintain organized records of assets, client feedback, and approvals.
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external calls.
