As Senior Growth Marketing Manager, EMEA, you'll set the growth vision for the region and lead the full-funnel 360 degree digital strategy across various channels. You'll drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value while blending global frameworks with regional nuance to deliver measurable, sustainable growth.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in growth/performance marketing roles (strategic/management AND executional) in-house at direct-to-consumer heavy ecommerce brands and/or at agencies offering growth services to direct-to-consumer ecommerce brands.
- Proven experience building growth strategies, scaling, and launching omni-channel (direct-to-consumer, Amazon, etc.) ecommerce brands in EMEA markets. CPG experience preferred.
- 3-5 years of hands-on-keyboard experience OR directly managing execution across growth marketing channels (360 Marketing Activations):
- Strong analytical capabilities with deep understanding of attribution, cohort analysis, and LTV modeling. Ability to use data to measure and draw conclusions for the channels listed above.
- Experience using some or all of the following measurement tools: media mix models (MMMs), geo-based incrementality testing, multi-touch attribution, post purchase surveys.
- Experience managing seven-figure budgets with measurable impact on revenue and profitability.
- Skilled in creative testing, funnel optimization, and cross-functional leadership.
- Strong communication and storytelling abilities - able to bridge data, creativity, and strategy.
- Fluent in English and German; additional European languages are a plus.
