We’re helping our client find a Social Commerce Manager to own and scale TikTok Shop into a major revenue-driving channel. In this role, you will connect creators, content, Live shopping, and performance media into a seamless commerce engine while contributing to rapid, trend-responsive growth within the TikTok ecosystem.
Requirements
- Own and scale TikTok Shop as a primary revenue-driving channel
- Drive gross merchandise volume (GMV) growth through strategic execution
- Improve TikTok Shop conversion rate through optimization of content, offers, and product pages
- Build, onboard, and activate a high-performing creator & affiliate network
- Execute a consistent cadence of TikTok Live shopping events to drive revenue
- Identify trends and rapidly launch shoppable assets within tight turnaround times
- Manage and optimize TikTok Spark Ads to achieve strong ROAS
- Increase repeat purchase rate through retention and lifecycle strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creators, internal teams, and external partners
- Oversee backend commerce operations impacting conversion (PDPs, fulfillment, offers)
