TikTok Shop Manager

We are seeking a TikTok Shop Manager to lead and scale our TikTok Shop channel with precision and agility, responsible for maximizing revenue, visibility, and brand equity through TikTok Shop.

Requirements

• 3+ years in eCommerce, marketplace, or DTC growth roles
• Proven track record of growing GMV and optimizing storefronts on TikTok Shop
• Deep knowledge of TikTok creator economy, Spark Ads, and shop tools
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced experience in campaign tracking, testing, and conversion optimization
• Experience managing paid and organic TikTok strategies and creator relationships
• Highly autonomous with leadership instincts and exceptional attention to detail
• Passionate about wellness, supplements, and digital commerce
