Job Description
Satisfaction Research Associate performing surveys over the phone with home care recipients, their families, and caregivers across the country.
Requirements
- High attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy required
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
- Commitment to efficiency and accuracy
- Previous surveying experience a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
