Job Description
The Project Coordinator assists the project/program manager by conducting, coordinating, and communicating the status of mission support functions related to the assigned project. This includes purchasing, distribution, management, and accounting of project inventory in support of assigned programs.
Requirements
- Conducts procurement and purchasing for assigned projects.
- Maintains high quality project documentation, databases, templates, and other reference material to support timely, accurate, and consistent project purchasing and inventory management.
- Builds and maintains positive working relationships with suppliers, OEM’s, subcontractors, and other vendors associated with assigned projects.
- Experience and knowledge of configuration management and change management practices including maintaining configuration management databases (CMDB)
- Experienced with inventory management practices, administering return merchandise authorizations (RMAs)
- Utilizes professional experience to drive a collaborative team environment dedicated to mission focus, respect, and adherence to Active Security’s mission, vision, and principles.
