Requirements
- 1+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in a solution-selling environment (SaaS preferred).
- Proven consultative sales skills with a history of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas in a performance-driven organization.
- Prior experience or deep knowledge of SaaS (Software as a Service) business models and the email marketing/marketing automation space.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine ability to build rapport, relate to decision-makers, and present complex solutions clearly.
- A highly self-motivated and driven attitude, capable of prioritizing effectively to maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced, complex environment.
- Demonstrated coachability and an eagerness to learn new sales methodologies, product details, and evolving market dynamics.
