Job Description
ActiveCampaign's engineering team is growing rapidly and we are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to join our Kraków Hub. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a high-growth environment with rapidly evolving needs, and is ready to lead teams through a significant AI-first transformation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on technical leadership and people management experience
- Strong software development background with experience building and deploying scalable applications in the cloud using CI/CD practices
- Production experience in PHP; Python or Java is a plus
- Solid database experience with SQL, NoSQL, and event streaming technologies
- Proven ability to drive prioritization, delivery cadence, and execution rigor across a team
- Quality-first mindset with experience solving challenging technical problems at scale
- Strong communication skills and customer focus
- Fluent in English (B2 minimum)
- Willingness to work flexible hours with regular afternoon availability to overlap with US Central timezone
