As a Technical Business Analyst at Acturis, you will work in one of five teams focused on core Acturis System development and implementation, web solution development for customers, or insurance product implementations. You will help clients understand the options and possibilities for how they can use the highly configurable and complex Acturis System. You will design and implement top-quality new software solutions, solve challenging technical problems, and gather client requirements. You will be given early responsibility for discrete projects and will receive structured, quarterly feedback.
Requirements
- Achieved a 2:1 or above in any STEM subject
- Excellent A-levels, ideally including an A in Maths
- First-rate problem-solving skills
- Logical, well organised, and practical
- A track record of delivering on projects and an ability to carry tasks through to completion
- Confident and eager to take on responsibility
- The ability to work well as part of a team, seamlessly collaborating with others
- Computer literate (e.g. Word, Outlook, Excel) and able to pick up new concepts quickly
- Some roles are more client-focused where an ability to build relationships with customers and strong communication skills are essential
